Malgré un accident avec un sanglier qui nous a coûté notre voiture, le personnel a été au petit soin du début de notre séjour jusqu’à la fin avec de multiples petits soins. La gentillesse, l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel a été remarquable et déterminant pour donner la note. Les plats du restaurant sont délicieux, un régal ! O hotel é muito bonito mas a recepção era extremamente desagradável em especial a que fez nosso chek in pedi guia da cidade ela disse que depois me dava tive que solicitar de novo e a colega dela foi gentil e me deu um livro com várias dicas e locais o serviço do bar era muito bom e prestativo mas de dia eram 2 pessoas atendendo e por vezes enchia então era complicado , o café de manhã era pago a parte mas muito fraco, o spa maravilhoso atendentes simpáticas, solicitei um ferro de passar roupa tive que ligar 3 vezes chegou depois de 2:40 minutos no chek out a menina foi outra e foi mais simpática e prestativa

Magnifique hôtel, petit déjeuner au top. Literie parfaite ! Room service super... Personnel très aimable et a l'écoute. Hammam bien chaud :) J'ai juste regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de jacuzzi, et pas de baignoire dans la chambre. Un peu cher peut être ?
