Booked this for a weekend trip to Silver Dollar City mid-April. It was fine. Lots of 1 star reviews, lots of 5 star… I thought it was in the middle. Seemed clean in our cottage. Plenty of room for the price compared to hotel room with two young kids. Maybe off season enough that it felt like we were the only people there, but the kids enjoyed the pool (water park was not open - not sure if off season or just not working anymore but looked like kids would have loved). Close to all the standard Branson stuff - close to Ozark Pizza which was a carry out hit after a long day out.

This place has so much potential to be amazing! Unfortunately when we got to our cottage, it was filthy, there was toilet paper stuffed under the upstairs king sized bed, and used toothpicks behind and under the dresser, plus the TV in that room was yanked out of the wall and didn’t work. I had called around in advance to find somewhere with an indoor pool for my children, then when we get there they closed it down due to rain outside. Saying it’s a corporate rule and an excuse about lightning - except there is no lightning. There hasn't been lightning or thunder all day, just soft gentle rain. If they close the pool every time it rains in Missouri, it’ll never be open. With all of these concerns combined, I feel like this resort could be amazing if ran and operated by people who genuinely cared about the experience they provide.

Atrocious. We did not have working keys for 2 days. Unclean including food on the dishwasher and over doors, wads of toilet paper stuck on the wall above the utility closet, bird poop on the inside window ledge by the dining room table and a dead bird under the bed upstairs.

Our stay at Stormy Point Village was amazing. We went for spring break and as soon as we opened the door the kids gasped at how beautiful the home looked. I will definitely recommend this location to others! Overall the stay was pleasant. I do wish the front desk pool area would've been open but we were able to utilize the outdoor pool at the clubhouse. We did have to wait about 20 minutes before our house was ready but the staff offered a scavenger hunt for the kids while waiting. Again overall a great stay.

When we arrived to the house the main TV wouldn’t work so call the desk and they said they would send someone right away. Over an hour later still no one. Called the desk back to tell them we were going out and no one had fixed the TV. Our house had a jacuzzi tub which my 3 teenage daughters were excited about using! It was broke called front desk and they said someone would be right there! Over an hour later someone showed up couldn’t fix so called another guy worked on tub until almost 11 pm and had water shut off about an hour and spent about 3 hours in and out of our house still didn’t fix it. Came back the next afternoon with new parts and had warmer shut off for about 2 hours and we had to go to main office 2 time just to use bathroom and still didn’t fix it. Workers super nice but not a good stay for the price we paid. Will never stay here again no one offered to move us or do anything for the super inconvience! I only had my girls for 3 days because I’m divorced and very upsetting that we we had workers in the house most of both evenings we were there!

I was given a 3 bedroom house, I went to it and it was filthy, you could see pets had been allowed in it so I went to ask for a different one, they gave me a new house and it was not much better, we won't be returning to this property

Cute little house that was perfect for our group. We would like to come back in the summer. It turns out that it is a time share but there was no pressure. Just said no and they let it go which I appreciated. Good price for a 3 bedroom adorable house!

We were not impressed with the cleanliness of this property. There were obvious signs of wear, and the mattresses were in need of replacement. The cable boxes for the TV's were hanging down from behind the TV's and one of the remotes would not work the TV. We were missing a coffee pot for the coffee maker and utensils were minimal. Thankfully we brought some pans and utensils from home. The dryer would not dry our towels. We had to cycle them 4 times until we realized the dryer vent was kinked. we pulled the dryer out a foot and was able to dry clothes. I would recommend a little more time be spent between occupying the units on cleaning and maintenance to ensure the stay of every customer is convenient and free of headache.

Upon arrival the customer service experience was poor. Instead of a "enjoy your stay or let us know if you need anything" we were given a strict list of things that must be done prior to check out such as washing all the towels, dishes, sweeping, setting the temperature etc...then, we had to sign an agreement regarding property damage (which I completely understand) but when we got to our cottage there was a long list of damages. The blinds were snapped, maintenance told us that the fireplace was broken and needed a full replacement, holes in the walls behind the doors because there was not a door stop, stains on the sheets, and hair in the shower. When I called the front desk, they let me know that there was nothing that they could do. These cottages were very expensive. We are a family of 5 (two adults and three kids) and we stayed there as a rare treat. The jetted tub shot out grey/black nasty water so that was a definite NO. Not having a working fireplace was very disappointing since we paid extra for this amenity. I would not recommend this place until they revamp their customer service and take better care of their property. Adding salt to the wound, they were put out that we declined to rebook at their "special rate." I requested a room change and was denied. That simple and reasonable accommodation would have solved so many issues. I requested the difference since the fireplace was broken and was denied that as well. Terrible customer service.
