"Convenient for central Brighton "

"It’s a nice hotel, in a good location, the breakfast was very good (it would have been better if they had marmite). The pillows were too big hence only 4/5 for comfort. Also it looks like no disabled street access. "

"If you’re on a budget and still want to be well located for a Brighton getaway this hotel is perfect. As you walk in the reception desk is on your left and a very cozy bar is straight ahead. Very nice and professional staff. I got a sea view double and the staff put me in 419 which is apparently the nicest sea view room. It’s a nice but basic double room with a flatscreen tv, coffee / tea area, wardrobe, desk etc. the floors are a bit uneven but that seems to be the theme in this old hotel. The shower was a rain shower which felt amazing after a cold walk on the beach. All in all it was a very comfortable and pleasurable stay, on my last night we stayed up in the bare top maybe 3am, bar stays open til the last resident goes to bed. Note - checkout is at 11am but if you like a later checkout you can delay your departure for £7.50 per hour, latest checkout is 2pm. I have Amy’s to leave at 1pm so I paid £15. You have to arrange and pay for this before or on the last night of your stay. "
