"We had a one night stay over on way home ,lovely scenic driveway to hotel with golf course with wild dear .Hotel was spacious wide corridors,it was clean well kept,carpets in places looked a little tired.We only had breakfast in morning of checking out and that was well stocked and hot at the time we was in dining room.Would stay there again."

"Lovely hotel with facilities in room and in the general Communal areas as you would expect for a hotel of this branding. Excellent quality and selection of food options for breakfast. I’m gluten free and options were available but had to ask for these which is pretty standard of most hotels. The only thing that let our stay down was our ‘executive room’ looked out onto a roof and pipes, not great when paid more for a ‘better’ room but in the grand scheme of things wasn’t that big of a deal. "Great hotel No on-site parking, you use the NEC carparks and walk around the lake, no big deal Handy for the NEC as right next to the entrance Nice and modern and clean Comfy room, although quite compact, all the facilities there Quiet as nothing on at the NEC, eat dinner at nearby Resorts Pizza Express Will stay again "

"We arrived very late on a flight, which had been delayed. I was unsure if any of my messages informing of late arrival (at initial booking) had been received. "Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive "

"The hotel was ideally placed for us to meet our friends. Parking was good, staff friendly. There were 2 Christmas Parties going on during our stay which worried us but they assured us it wouldn't affect our stay and it didn't."

"Lovely B&B. Sue is a lovely lady -very friendly and helpful. She also does a fantastic Breakfast! Our room was great - roomy and very comfortable bed. Choice of a Bath or a walk in shower in the bathroom, which was also a very good size. Will definitely stay there again, and highly reccomend it."
