"Lovely room with a superb view.Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean room and hotel. Fluffy big towels and gowns. Friendly staff. Handy location for walking to centre, so close to pretty Albert Docks. Good security checked if we were staying when we came back to hotel late. Close to car park. "Good hotel position in relation to the city centre. Just the answer for where we needed to be. We had lost our bank cards, but with a call at reception the receptionist made a call to Chester cathedral. The cards had been found. Absolutely perfect experience…….thank you."
