"It is a no frills hotel close to the shopping are. The staff was amazing and rooms could use a little remodeling. It was hard to drive to the hotel as the street we needed to turn was filled with parked cars. Breakfast was good. "

"The room was clean and we had a nice balcony the bathroom is clean but small but the water pressure was good and the water was hot a/c worked great and the bed was very comfortable I did read some reviews that said it wasn’t nice but I disagree with those reviews because we stayed for nine days and had a great time and I must say the rum punch at check in was very tasty and not weak"

We think you really need to rent a car to stay here; taking cabs would (probably - we didn't do it!) be so onerous and limiting. Our room was great and just like the pictures. We loved the balcony and appreciated the A/C and mini-kitchen."

"Loved this property/oasis as far as possible from the cruise ships and the crowd. It’s on the north side of the island, in the more “desolate”, less touristy part of the island. The property itself feels like a lush oasis just a minute walk from the water. It’s nice to encounter locals that come to this area to enjoy this last remaining resort free part of the island. The Shak next door offers food and drinks and just a few steps further is a local bar where islanders hang out. Again, the vibe...
