Shame the pool and parking is an additional cost - not a convenient walk to town but still worth the stay. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Mal. We parked in Liverpool one and prepaid 24 hour parking for a good rate. Although there is a NCP opposite which looked cheaper I’d maybe look at this next time. The Mal is a short 10 min walk and is close to Albert Dock. Our stay was 10/10. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. Only minor grumble that there was no moisturiser in the room."

"The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet even though on a main road and blackout curtains helped a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good too."

"Oveall the room was clean, but the bathroom was disappointing. Widow sill and frame were very dusty. Beds clean and comfortable, slept very well. Love the hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing too much for them - 10/10"
