"We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. "Classy hotel in prime location. Direct access to the Pavilion Mall. Staff wonderfully helpful and attentive. Rooms were large and well equipped, although starting to age. Pool on 18th floor was great. Breakfast offer was extensive and tasty. Gets busy at weekends, quieter during the week"
