Parking problem
The front desk asked me to pay for parking because my booking didn’t include parking. When i booked through Hotels.com, it didn’t say anything about non-parking option. Anyway I didn’t pay for the parking but I felt so embarrassed and upset. Service and cleanliness are nice by the way.

Hotel is conveniently located close to main roads. We were greeted by pleasant front desk staff and the check-in process was really fast. The room we had was very clean and welcoming. Hotel amenities were complete. Hair dryer was not working and when we called the front desk, their response was immediate and apologetic.

The hotel Is modern and clean. The receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is spacious and it has almost everything the guest needs include hairband. The big bathtub is very enjoyable, but the light in the hotel and the room is a little dark. Also, the hairdryer didn’t work well. I don’t mind stay this hotel again but would not recommend for the family with children. This hotel is more equipped for the couple.

the hotel is located very close to the bus terminal and subway station. Very fancy design, already surprised when entering the lobby. Staff is very kind and is always ready to offer help. the room is spacious, neat and tidy. We had a very comfortable stay and would surely stay again.
