Estávamos na suíte master com hidromassagem em lua de mel e o chuveiro não funcionava a água quente, a torneira estava folgada e quando abria ela girava, a ducha higiênica alagou o banheiro com vazamento. Não tinha água no frigobar e tinha que pegar na recepção, além do frigobar estar desligado. Péssima experiência, não recomendo!

De modo geral adoramos o hotel, localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, a limpeza é impecável. Mas, importante mencionar que no quarto onde ficamos, havia pouca ventilação, onde foi necessário usar o ar condicionado constantemente; não possui secador de cabelo sendo necessário solicitar na recepção por ser dividido com outros hóspedes; pouquissimas tomadas o que dificultou o carregamento de celular por ex, não possui TV a cabo, estacionamento com poucas vagas, o carro teve que ficar em uma obra ao lado do hotel.

A estadia foi ótima! O hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura e localização, todos os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos, o café da manhã é gostoso. Ficamos muito confortáveis e com vontade de voltar! Apenas sugerimos que avisem antecipadamente aos hóspedes de que o bar e a cozinha fecham às segundas-feiras para que possam se organizar e não contar com o serviço no dia. Uma placa ou aviso no checkin resolveriam isso :)

Hotel maravilhoso!
A experiencia por um todo foi maravilhosa. Hotel muito bem localizado, de frente para o canal, proximo de bares e restaurante. Um pouco distante da praia para ir andando, mas nada que seja incomodo. Funcionarios excelentes, super gentis e atenciosos. Preços justo, comida e drinks excelentes!! Minha única dica é que nao fique no quarto de número 1. Foi onde fiquei e por mais que seja super aconchegante, fica ao lado da recepção e da pra escutar tudo, então pra quem dorme até mais tarde ou quer mais privacidade, não recomendo. Mas isso não tira o fato da experiencia maravilhosa que foi e que já quero voltar!
