A estadia foi muito boa, o quarto muito limpo, com camas e travesseiros aconchegantes, as refeições são excelentes. O que pode melhorar são as recreações com as crianças, as atividades poderiam incluir a piscina. A piscina infantil coberta é bem legal, mas entram pombos que ao ver pode causar um risco à saúde.

Tivemos apenas um problema onde a porta automatica da piscina coberta nao percebeu que minha filha estava em baixo e fechou automaticabente onde pegou o pé da crianca isso as 17 horas onde fo.os para o hospital e ficamos ate as 21:30 ... acabamos perdendo a tarde inteira a apresentacao do teatro da turma da monica e o propio domingo pois a crianca estava com pontos no pe e faixa e com dores entao fo.os embora cedo ... maos tivemos sim toda atencao deles .... mais perdemos mais da metade do passei ..... agradeceria se conseguisse um desconto para que possamos voltar e curtir que era pra ter acontecido

Gostamos de tudo no hotel, exceto a experiência no restaurante Vezzoso…. Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante.

Conforto, limpeza, lazer, comida... Tudo ótimo!!
Hotel incrível! Muitas atrações para ir com a Família. Todas as piscinas climatizadas, entrei na piscina até com chuva e estava ótima a temperatura. Muitas atividades em dias de chuva. "Tios e Tias" da recreação são muito animados e bem atenciosos, meu filho adorou ficar com eles. Comida muito boa e com diversas opções, e as opções mudam todos os dias. Limpeza e conforto excelente. Recomendo muito!
