"The hotel and the staff met all my family expectations, the buffet was good and all restaurants were on point. The room and pool areas were clean, the staff was always cleaning and providing red carpet treatment to all of us. Definitely we are coming back, Highly recommended!! They have Activities for kids and adults, excursions for a price, currency exchange in the lobby area. The only thing: you have to pay a fee in Mexican pesos or card when you check in (they don’t accept usd dollars) so be ready in case you don’t want to use your card there. But like I said: highly recommended "

"Absolutely awesome resort. Checked all our boxes and made it a great value for the money. Made our first trip to Cancun so memorable and also set a very high bar for our future. Property is kept in perfect condition. Pools are super clean. There are 2 beaches - one that is more private and has awesome views and another has excellent sand and waves. Food is good on an average and the restaurant ambience is exquisite. Room amenities, size and comfortable beds are what you would expect from a 5-star resort. Kids and adults activities all around the day makes the time run through quick. And dolphins are a surprising bonus.. Our room balcony overlooked the dolphin pool (and the ocean)."
