We had a great time! Women do walk around topless so make sure you are good with that. Food and room service and staff are great! If you have a hard time getting a reservation for "she" just show thw the host a 20 and your in if there's room. Great show..if you wanna party this is the place

The music is way too loud. The trash behind the volleyball courts is disgusting. The music is too loud and too Latino. Mostly USA and Canada are there so play normal music at a level that doesn’t cause damage. I can’t converse with the person next to me

Front desk staff was nice, so was the Buffett staff, housekeeping and entertainment staff. The DJ selection definitely needs revamping…have to be able to read the audience better. Bell service definitely needs work. Each visit their lack of service gets worse and worse. I carried my own bags every time I’ve come. I booked hookah 2x, both times it took about 45 minutes to process and receive my hookah with little concern after it was purchased…didn’t receive tongs and it dried out in about 10 minutes with one smoker. The young lady was nice but the service definitely slacked Booked SHE after 2 failed attempts, only to be told there were only 6 instead of 10 tables and we’d have to pay $100 minimum for a VIP which was given to the other VIP table for free. Good show and presentation but also a very frustrating process. Finally, unfortunately, there was an incident where security needed to be called and when I inquired about follow up, management stated I would need to leave the property to contact the police and make a report if I so choose. Otherwise, they’d only be able to book me another room with little to no assurance for my safety after said incident. All in all Temptation missed the mark several times…great concept but far less than optimal execution. Money better spent at other resorts where customer satisfaction and safety are important
