Run down property. Poor room service cleaning despite a good tip, they tried to give us stained bedding and left one bath towel for the two of us to share. Food as others mentioned, terrible. Got food poisoning from the buffet.

BEWARE we did not get what we paid for. We paid for the playful experience and got none of it. Special event going on so zero access to sky lounge (we were not told in advance) no turn down as advertised, no daily petit four as advertised. Staff at desk were rude when we inquired, and basically said too bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR Money. Disappointed and will never be back.
