"Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm. "

"The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. There was a problem with the staff as the cook had had an accident so it was not possible to have any hot food in the evening. "It's a beautiful property with a large room (at least ours was large) and large bathroom. Amazing views, wonderful breakfast (included), free parking, comfy bed. Our check-in experience was poor. The young man was very nice, but when we arrived there was nobody around, and the young man who greeted us had just woken up (at 7pm) because his friends waiting outside had called his personal number, as we understand it. "The hotel was easy to get to. The guy at the front desk was helpful and pointed out a nice walking trail and good restaurants. The only problem we ran into was that they weren’t at the desk when we wanted to check-in and then he couldn’t be reached by phone. But after we came back a couple of hours later he was there. "

"Beautiful country house but beware there is no breakfast or dinner as their kitchen is not open in the off season... and there is nowhere close by to eat so prepare accordingly! Very comfortable beds and nice facilities. I would come back"
