"Our 5 night stay at the ritz was fabulous. The staff were brilliant, food fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and western options. Beautiful pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fresh cooked eggs and coffee. The view from the room was great. I loved the club lounge and the afternoon tea. Dinner options were good both in the hotel and outside. There are shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The underground is not far away....

"We were happy with our stay overall. The room looks a bit outdated, but it’s well maintained and clean. Comparing to other Chinese local chain hotels, the quality of the room and service is much better, especially the breakfast, it had many varieties for both Chinese and Western styles, very good breakfast! "It’s a bit off the normal tracks of Chengdu city center . There was not much around. Mostly were residential areas. I went there for business and having difficulty to find restaurants and other facilities. The entrance was under refurbishment, so both me and the taxi driver had a hard time to find the hotel. "

"Great common area. Double room was pretty clean and the staff dropped in fresh bottles of water everyday. Unfortunately I the room didn't have any windows and bathroom smelled really bad (probably from mould) so had to keep the door shut the whole time. Staff were helpful in arranging shuttle to airport. This is a fine budget place for a few nights."
