"The property is well maintained with and staffed to clean regularly. It is close to train station and need taxi or bus ride to the other side of town for meals and activities. The breakfast is nice and drinks are available all day long. Our room is not very big but comfortable bedding and a slice of view. The only criticism we have is the shower head is not adjustable so the bath room is all wet after taking a shower. "

"We stayed here for one night on the trip from Hualien through to Kaohsiung. We had 3 rooms. 2 rooms were without specific problems, albeit looking like they could do with a good clean. However, the other room actually had a pair of trousers in it (shock, horror, I know), which just made us wonder how much it had been cleaned. "I have probably never had a better hotel stay. The room was comfortable, but what made the trip exceptional was the host! Not only did he pick us up from Guanshan station, he went above and beyond to help us plan a trip for the next day and make sure we had safe transportation and were informed about the treacherous hike we wanted to go on. "Five minutes drive/ride to downtown taitung. A family Mart is just few steps away. The room is clean and comfy. The building has elevator. The breakfast is nice, but not enough table to serve and also the toast area, coffee and utensil area are all at the same place, made it pretty crowded. Other than that, it's a great place to stay when you are in taitung."
