"Very nice hotel in a great area of Santiago. A 5 minute walk to the Costanera Mall, bars, restaurants and the subway. Staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, good AC and water pressure. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet (not bad but not spectacular either). Would definitely stay there again."

"The 3rd time at the Solace and we will never consider another hotel as it delivers what we need, i.e friendly staff, clean rooms with always free water and coffee, nice breakfast and good location. Also free parking"

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"

"This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. That said it is probably the best near-airport hotel we have stayed in. It has an all-day and reliable airport shuttle, modern large rooms, good 24 hour restaurant, gym and pool. The staff are helpful and were happy to accommodate us despite arriving way before formal check-in time (we arrived at noon). We could not want for better on a one night stay between flights. We would definitely chose it again if the need arises."
