Ivan is a welcoming host, well-spoken English and came up with some nice tips for restaurants and activities. Facilities and amenities are all good (in line with pictures shown), good beds/bedlinnen, shower as well as wifi compared with other casa's/hostals. Enormous terrace with sun and shadow option, which you can also use after check out (I had to take the bus at 9pm and could use the terrace to relax from the intense day visiting all Cienfuegos had to offer after checking out). Super close to the Viazul busstation, however bit farther away from the Central Park and night life. Would recommend!

A 500 m du centre-ville et en droite ligne, l’hostal Ivan y Lily est une bonne adresse pour passer 2 ou 3 jours. Bon repas, bon petit déjeuner, Ivan est souriant et efficace dans la préparation d’excursions ou de réservations de collectivos. Très bien

Un bel terrazzo sul tetto, camera standard, ma pulita e confortevole. Personale gentile. Consiglio di tappare le finestrelle che danno sul corridoio, da cui entra luce e danno un aspetto di un dormitorio. Colazione buona.

Ivan & Lady Laura were fabulously friendly & welcoming! The place was spotless & a great spot to hang out with friends. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for an extra bit of comfort in a home stay. The breakfast was the best we had in Cuba!

Ivan, lily et leur fille vous accueillent chaleureusement. Etablissement très bien entretenu, chambre avec coffre-fort, climatisation, ventilateur, frigo et mini-bar, TV, WIFI. Deux lits en 140, penderie, tiroirs de rangement. Salle d'eau équipée d'une douche, eau chaude et pression raisonnable. Sèche-cheveux. Petits déjeuners copieux. Ivan vous propose le dîners et notamment une langouste grillée pour un prix dérisoire. Leur fille parle très bien le français et vous donnera quelques conseils sur CIENFUEGOS et nous avons appréciés les échanges sur les us et coutumes des cubains.

le mie aspettative sono state di gran lunga superate , io e la mia compagna ci siamo sentiti a casa Ivan e la figlia sono stati per noi una guida fondamentale, fornendoci utilissimi consigli, su dove mangiare, i mezzi da utilizzare, le valute da utilizzare ecc La casa è stupenda, stile coloniale, camera spaziosissima con balcone veranda grandissimo. Pulizia super. Spero un giorno di ritornarci.

Très bonne casa accueillante
Un accueil chaleureux (avec une glace en prime) de la part des propriétaires et de leur fille adorable qui parle français et nous donne plein de bons conseils. La casa est très propre avec un patio et une terrasse sur le toit très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et à peine 5 minutes de la gare de bus Viazul ce qui est très pratique pour une nuit d'étape entre Vinales et Trinidad.
