"This property is in an awkward area that is not bad but not "pretty". The air conditioning hardly cooled the room and was an older unit. Definitely should be updated. All this being said, the staff was AMAZING, the breakfast was FABULOUS, the amenities were better than 4 star hotels that I have stayed in and everything was super clean. Would definitely recommend if not during summer and one has a car to get to the prettier areas."

The staff was not as friendly as the other hotels and even though we were the only ones there (slow tourist season) every time I asked for something I was made to feel like I was bothering them despite the fact that I speak and am Italian. "A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "
