"Very convenient location. About 25 min walk to fashion district, about 20 min walk to central train station. Fantastic service. Comfortable room. Con - no tea/coffee makers in the room, not enough towels, no real iron."

"The service was good, fast and straightforward. The location is good if you are attending an event at the Congress Centre opposite to the hotel. However, it isn’t great if you arrive at night in public transport. "

"This was a lovely place though it was farther than I thought from city centre and not convenient to get around. Only there 1 night so OK but I had to use taxi to and from train station. "

"In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."

"My room is spacious looking out to the lake from the window. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Everything is clean in my room. Staffs are friendly and nice. It is very convenient to take public transport like buses and metro to anywhere in Milan. The people in the Segrate are very nice too. If you prefer space and green land, it is the place!"
