"Good location for Sheffield although the area is a bit drab. Parking was more difficult than we expected. The apartment does not have its own parking, it's street parking any mostly permit holder only with literally a few spare free spaces so it's luck if you get one. Had every thing you needed including dishwasher & washing machine and detergents for both (neither of which we used) but no shower gel in bathroom....

"Everyone has been nice and helpful. The wash basin was blocked and not enough English tea and milk been provided but once mentioned to the staff then all been solved. The dining lady Tan was very nice and she suggested some good restaurants around the area. "

"Great stay in a disable room apart from house keeping forgot hand wash but there was shower gel and moisturiser in wet area so managed and use own anti Bac gel The Hotel couldn’t do enough for every one especially this morning when Sheffield city centre was covered in snow.
