"This hotel was centrally located in old town Edinburgh within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and historic sites. My favorite aspect was drinking coffee in my hotel room while enjoying a spectacular view of the castle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool looked great but we spent our time enjoying the city. I can’t wait to come back to Edinburgh and when I do I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Stayed at hotel for a random one night weekend family get away. I read the usual reviews prior to booking which was enough for me to take a chance. I must say, the hotel did not disapoint, the staff were friendly, hotel clean and the grounds were gorgeous. When you travel with children it can often feel like your in the way of other hotel guests, especially couples who are wanting that romantic trip away. "Fabulous Hotel. Staff were amazing from when we pulled up and helped us with bags to when we left days later. Hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the rooms had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and I got a fantastic sleep after huge days of sightseeing. Only down side is no parking (the car park is a public car park down the hill about ten minutes walk, but this is normal for the area). Highly recommend."
