"This hotel is in a superb location. You have Atocha train station on the other side of the roundabout. A massive park just across the street. Three of the best art museums in the world surround the hotel. Shopping and great restaurants/nightlife just outside the door. Oh, and the hotel is great too. I was in a room on the seventh floor that had a balcony. Very comfortable room. Only issue was the shower leaked water outside onto the floor. This happens in many hotels. I would highly recommend...

"Very nice hotel - however while much of it was very clean, in Room 425, there were long black hairs in the bathroom (I am bald, so not from me). I was also surprised about the tub. The bathroom door stop is screwed to the floor, right where you need to step over the side of the tub to enter and exit the combined shower/bathtub - and while there is one grab bar next to the tub, there is nothing to hold onto while entering or exiting the tub."

"Check in was super easy. Beatrice was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available. She did and moved me later on. The staff there is always so friendly, welcoming and tries their best to assist you. They make the...
