Avelina (I think was her name) when checking in, was such a nice, friendly person to encounter after being in traffic for four hours. We love staying at HoJo because of the ease to walk to many food locations/Disneyland."

"Paulina at the front desk was so helpful. We were spending way too much money on Ubers to get around and she took time out of her busy day to help me figure out the public transport system, which we ended up using the last 4 days of our stay. She was so helpful it made our stay even more pleasurable knowing people like her worked there. The guest laundry was a bonus too - we came back home to NZ with no dirty laundry "

"Our stay was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The facility, however, had a few issues. The bathroom in the room had water damage in the door jam. The women’s bathroom in the pool area had only one usable stall. Overall we had a great stay."
