Our room (318) was noisy throughout the night - some strange loud drip/drop sound would ho on and on periodically, stop for awhile, then start again... it kept my hisband up. No discount was offered next morning. Front desk guy said we could have changed rooms. Well, I wasn't going to wake kids up at midnight to change rooms. The room was dated, and the bathroom wasn't "hospital-grade" clean, like they stated. Hand sanitizers were empty throughout the property. Signs near elevator said only have 2 people or 1 family on it, without explanation. (Max occupancy posted was 15.) Sidewalks had icy spots several days after the last snow. Pool was great! However, there were dirty towels and beer cans left all over from parents of "team-mates" from children's sports teams. They should offer a couple of "adults only" pool times - kids were screaming, running, and jumping in all around adult guests. Hot tub was small, esp. compared to pool size, and had peeling paint on the concrete edge all around it. Breakfast area wasn't well-managed. Lots of food on serving spoons (ex. gelatinous gravy globs) sitting at room temp. No hand sanitizer in tge area. Tables were empty, but not wiped down at all while we were dining. Every cups stack had dozens of cups stuck together, including ones for lemon water in the lobby. Our room was an ADA room, which we weren't told at check-in. Realized later the beds were very low, as was the coat rack. Nowhere convenient to hang our dresses or dress coats.
