"This hotel was pretty good. Room was clean and spacious. Outside the room looked very clean as well. We only stayed 3 nights but had a good stay. The food is typical of what spanish hotels offer, though there are 4 sessions so you cannot go hungry. Wine and beer available in there and you can eat outside. 2 bars outside the food room,but only 1 open at a time. The downside on this is the lager froths out so you only get a small glass each time. "This was our 9th visit. The hotel is very, very good. The town and the beach are quiet in that nobody bothers you.There are very few teenagers and no noisy clubs The hotel staff, as always, were excellent - particularly the dining room staff - the chefs and the waiters. The quality of the food is excellent. My only quibble is that they should change the menu in the fine dining restaurant occasionally.. It has been the same for the past three years."

"First class property with first class facilities representing excellent value for money on AI basis. The dining and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the aloof attitude of the reception staff on arrival and departure who were not even interested enough to ask if we enjoyed our stay. The owners need to address this as it detracts from the other excellent employees."

Amazing island, beautiful hotel, good food

"Amazing place, diversity of food is very good, we were quite happy with quality of food, swimming pools are great, beach is beautiful and quite close to hotel, room service was good, rooms are not spectacular but clean and nice... Overall we were really happy considering price and value we received. Would recommend it to anyone considering position of hotel on this island. Many nearby attractions and beautiful beaches. By our oppinion much better than north side of the island. Rent a car is a must if you want to explore the island."

Lovely 5 night stay, heated pool JUST warm enough

"Very nice 5 night stay. The heated pool was however not quite as warm as we hoped; I believe it was set at 24 degrees which when windy (which it often is in Fuerteventura!) isn't particularly warm; it's okay if you keep very active but we got cold splashing around with our child. For comparison, went to another place (in Marrakesh) where the pool was 30 (though that is very warm!). Large choice buffet & great quality but they need more coffee machines at breakfast, queues were ridiculous. AI was pretty good, included a few cocktails too. Fairly eco friendly with the reusable plastic cups but no recycling options/bins in room or around. Some areas could do with touching up (the large skip with old trees in wasn't very attractive)."
