Service throughout our stay was impeccable with one tiny exception in the hotel bar where we got overcharged for two drinks (12,660HUF for an eggnog and Irish coffee). All staff were pleasant and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was stunning. A better selection of TV channels in rooms would be helpful as very little choice of viewing in English. "
