Great Hotel
I needed a nice safe place to stay in Cuiaba. This hotel was perfect for that. The room was spacious and modern. It was everything I needed.

Melhor custo benefício de Cuiabá.
Foi o melhor custo benefício de Cuiabá. O quarto é confortável, ar condicionado gelado, tem frigobar com o necessário, o banheiro é suficiente. A internet funciona bem e a mesinha também foi muito boa apesar de só ter uma para um quarto duplo. A cama era super macia, portanto um gostou e o outro não... mas isso é gosto pessoal. O café da manhã é diversificado e tem tudo que é necessário. O ponto central, excelente. As pessoas foram super atenciosas e resolveram tudo rapidamente e de forma amistosa. Vou voltar.

Vamos fazer algumas críticas construtiva. 1 As tolha de banho, tem que está higienizada e numa proteção plástica. 2 O acesso do carro na portaria é muito apertado. 3 Outra situação na nossa chegada ao hotel, perguntamos na recepção, poderíamos sair do hotel no outro dia as 14:00 h e foi confirmado que sim. Portanto no outro dia chegamos ao hotel, e ao tentar acessar ao nosso quarto o nosso cartão não abriu a porta, e tinha uma camareira no corredor limpando outros quartos, e conversamos com ela, que o nosso cartão não abriu, para pegar as nossas malas, a camareira abriu a porta do nosso quarto. Achamos estranho, pois as nossas malas ainda estava no quarto. portanto conferimos as nossas malas e descemos para a recepção. Então achamos melhor não fazer nenhuma reclamação. Lamentamos, mais agradecemos pela atenção, e tirando isso o café da manhã é ótimo, os manobristas e a recepção são muitos educados. Hotel bom, em avenida de fácil acesso, porem a noite a região é um pouco perigosa. Otimo serviço de manobrista, café da manhã muito bom, com grande variedade. A chefe do serviço de arrumação de quarto foi rude e um pouco grosseira no dia que cheguei no hotel por volta das 14:30 hrs e o quarto ainda não tinha sido arrumado. As toalhas de banho e rosto estavam velhas, poderia colocar outras mais novas. O restaurante fecha aos domingos a noite, uma pena
