The stay here was perfect!! The family is so welcoming and kind. Perfect location, to walk to so many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very clean! There was always a family member(with a smile) at the desk to assist with any of our questions. It was wonderful to start the day with such a tasty breakfast, we miss it now we are home, The morning we had to start our day at 3:30am a boxed breakfast to go was prepared for us. I must say for the 11 days we stayed in Cusco we are so happy we picked Casa Cruz. !! We wish the family only the very best!!

The attention from the family owners of the hotel was exceptional. They were always attentive to our needs, and even though our tours were very early, they prepared a super complete box lunch for us. Great service.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how convenient the location was—perfectly situated near key attractions and local restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. My room was tidy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Wow! There was an impressive spread of delicious options that catered to all tastes—definitely the best way to start the day! What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional staff. They were consistently friendly and courteous, always ready with a smile and eager to help. They offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, which made my dining experiences even more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel provides the option to book tours at fair prices, which is a huge plus for anyone looking to explore the area without the hassle of planning. I also had a minor emergency when I needed my clothes dry cleaned, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was taken care of. I do have to say I was a little disappointed when I first saw the property. The rooms are a little small, and it feels more like a B&B, but I quickly got over the disappointment. The staff was super friendly, very cordial, and very helpful. They gave us a lot of tips on how to survive the altitude, guided us through the city, and provided us with a lot of important advice for our trip. We also left early because our tour was picking us up at 6:30 a.m., and they prepared us a bag to go with lots of snacks and water, which were extremely helpful throughout our tour and even on our train ride to Machu Pichu. I will definitely recommend Casa Cruz Verde.

Loved this hotel! It’s tucked away in Cusco and you’d walk right by and never know it was there. The owners are so kind and packed us a huge breakfast to take with us on our trip to Machu Pichu. Would definitely recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Cruz Verde, and I am delighted to share our exceptional experience. The attention to detail and the level of service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. Our room was spotless and beautifully furnished with modern decor. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the cozy indoor balcony, which offered a private and quiet space to relax with our evening tea. One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful breakfast. It featured a delightful array of fresh and delicious fruits, perfectly brewed coffee, and a variety of bread with marmalade and butter. The large selection of freshly squeezed fruit juices was a refreshing treat each morning. Additionally, the eggs and omelets were cooked to perfection, adding a satisfying start to each day. Overall, Casa Cruz Verde exceeded our expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.
