"It was a delightful stay, apartment/room came complete with a fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. It felt like a cozy home away from home. However, the balcony terraces are not particularly private unless you’re staying on the highest floor. "Nice staff, super clean apart hotel the 2 penthouse apartment was spacious, there were 3 shower rooms,the room terrace is huge, nice beds, it was a really lovely apartment. We liked the location,there is a very good supermarket very close, the walk to villajosa beach is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk, there are plenty of places to get and drink along the sea front and the beach is nice. We had a wonderful 6 days "

"Could not have find a more ideally located apartment that offered everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable beds, easy access, rooftop pool and seating area was a super bonus. so many great places to eat and drink within a 2 or 3 minute walk, supermarket across the road, a few minutes walk to Metro/tram. would definitely return, would highly recommend."

" This hotel is about 5 mins from Alicante airport (Elche) and on the motorway. Regardless of having my own property about 40 mins from the airport I always stay here if I have a late flight (as it’s too late to start cleaning in my own place) or very early flight going home. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and at a cheap price and there is secure parking. The hotel has its own cafe and serves a variety of good food 247. Worth going for the same reasons mentioned. "

"Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away. "

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard...

"Stayed here several times, always find the accommodation comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Allocated room 308 on arrival, nice room, however a continuous problem with drain smell in the bathroom which we reported everyday. The smell was vile, and although cleaning staff put bleach down the drains it did not cure the problem. Therefore my stay for this holiday was not as good as any previous stays."

"Very modern and comfortable apartment. I was surprised at the size of the apartment with room for 3 or 4 Adults. The apartment was overlooking the Altea bay club and was a short drive to Altea town. A car is essential to get around the area with limited public transportation available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend and possibly return in the future. "

"The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!"
