"This is a charming boutique hotel at the base of the hill the Alhambra sits on. It is in a historic building with 15 rooms on two levels that all face a small, enclosed courtyard. Room has an electric hot water kettle which I appreciated for making tea and ramen. Breakfast buffet is minimal but adequate. "Lovely hotel surrounded by a nice garden. Many seating areas to relax and have a drink, chat or play a game. (Early) check in was easy. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with many choices. Initially we got a key to a standard (poolside) room which was outdated. Highly recommend upgrading as our main building room was very nice. Personally I liked the historical look of the hotel with marble stairs, wooden floors and wrought iron."

"Very nice, comfortable, clean, quiet hotel with a very good breakfast and free parking, but hate the integrated top bedsheet/comforters. Have been a real problem in Spain where the heat in individual rooms can't be effectively adjusted and the windows can barely be opened and don't have bug screens. Sweltering hot under the integrated bedsheet/comforter, always need at least a bedsheet over. Prevents sleep, creates hatred."
