Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor's form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor's" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. "I booked this hotel because I was arriving at VTZ airport from an International flight. No hot water at all, both at night and morning. Bed is so unclean. Bath room toilet sink not working, plethora of real problems .. I personally saw so many guests complaining at reception. Had a very bad experience. This is the first time, I am giving a bad rating to any hotel. Never even think to stay here ... even in dream ..it is not worth the money, time or stay."

"We have booked the hotel but when we arrived we had no booking made as per the requirement. Again we had to speak to Expedia and then it got resolved. After that again the hotel was not agreeing on the pricing and we had to pay Rs. 500 per room which was not a fair deal."
