"Third time staying. The hotel itself is wonderful. Not crazy like high rises! Food was nice variety. The new Club Margot was nice option. The service was great. House keeping Josephine took great care in servicing our room daily. Only wish the buffet was open in evening but understand the other at Divi was open. A few bartenders were a little grumpy. The stores had some lovely things in them nice to see the hours they were open very convenient. "

"We had a few hiccups with our stay at Renaissance wind creek resort in Aruba, room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Hotel gave us a small credit. Room we booked wasn’t the room we got which the hotel changed our room. Had an issue with the fire alarm going off two nights and hotel gave us points to compensate. Despite those small hiccups, we loved this resort. The best part is Renaissance island. We absolutely loved that island. The water was beautiful, we went snorkeling, laid on beach...

"The food was incredible and the beach easy to access."

"I like the fact that unlike the other large resorts on the island there is room on the beach, under a shady palapa you can reserve (for around $50/day). Other resorts like Marriott have beach lounge chairs all right next to each other. Will this change with the new Hilton building going up on the property and turn the beach into a crowded space ? Hope not. "
