"Great stay"

"Our room needed some maintenance and we assume had not been used for sometime. For example, the sliding door to the balcony screeched loudly when we opened and closed it. The bathroom looked like it had been poorly finished around the bath and sink. The shower wasn't easy to use. Otherwise we enjoyed the view from our room across the Nile, the pool area was very nice. Service for drinks and food was incredibly slow - it looked like there was only one staff member dedicated to serving everyone....

"Guest relation manager Reham had contacted us prior to our visit to ensure that any of our special requests could be accommodated. Maria was very helpful at check-in and offered us a complimentary upgrade and even arranged for a cake to celebrate our son's birthday. The location of the property on the top of the hill was quite unique and gave a view of the unfinished obelisk and the Nile, with good sunrise/sunset view. Would definitely recommend this property."

"I cannot imagine a more spectacular view of the Temple of Phillae and the beautiful authenticity of the Eco Nubia Ecolodge. We stayed as a family in a double and a quadruple. "The hotel lobby was beautiful and was being renovated. Beautiful tranquil paintings adored the walls. In the room, the shower hose had a hole so they replaced the hose and the shower head - it was great. Unfortunately the phone wasn't working but they allowed us to check out late with no charge for the inconvenience of both. The included breakfast was varied and filling - we couldn't finish it all. "I enjoyed my stay at The Marina Aqua Park Hotel, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Also there is a waterpark in the back of the hotel, we didn't get to use it since we went in December, it seemed closed, there was a chair blocking the slide. It is very quiet around the hotel, which we was a great contrast to the hustle bustle we experienced in the other cities.
