"Beautiful resort right by the Nile river in New Aswan area! The property is new, opened a year ago. There is nothing around yet. It is all 3 -floor villas with only 3 guest rooms in each villa. You share a huge living room and kitchen on the 1st floor and a huge activity area with balconies on 3rd floor. You have your own guest room and bathroom, balcony on 2nd floor. "The place might be a bit in the middle of nowhere, but it is an absolute jewel. Incredibly well decorated, it is like no other hotel I have been. The staff was lovely and very accommodating, we arrived late because of a plane delay and they arranged a lovely meal for use despite the fact that the kitchen was closed. The beds were very comfortable."
