"Our stay at Sensira was overall a wonderful experience, thanks to the incredible staff and the warm hospitality we received. A huge shoutout to Itzel, our concierge, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless, and to Karina, who provided exceptional service during our meals with her friendly and attentive demeanor. Special thanks also to waiters: Ivan, Julio, Diego, Luis, Beatriz, Federico, Fidel, and hostess Itzel, Nanci, Ivan and Irving, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Alicia and Gustavo, the dance instructors, brought so much fun and energy with their amazing classes—they made every class feel vibrant and unforgettable. While we had a great time, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. Our room phone wasn’t fixed during our stay despite reporting it 4 times, which made communication a bit inconvenient. The pool area, though lovely, felt too small for the number of guests, and there were not enough lounge chairs available, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the kids’ club policy of not allowing parents to participate or observe was disappointing, as it limited our family’s ability to fully enjoy that aspect of the resort. Despite these minor issues, the staff’s dedication, cleanliness and the overall quality of the experience made our trip memorable. We hope to see these areas improved in the future and would still highly recommend Sensira to any family looking for a relaxing, kids friendly getaway."
