"Imagine staying at a property for the week and having to fight for a beach towel because of the ridiculous card system they think guests come on vacation to manage for returning and receiving towels. My first time returning towels they took my card and didn’t give it back and so the next couple of times trying to get beach towels were pretty intense and made me feel very uncomfortable.
