"We arrived early and the staff helped check us in and stored our bags so we could go explore. We received an email notification when our room was ready. The bed was comfortable, the room was tidy and it was a nice stay."

"It was walkable to cafes and the city centre for shopping. The room and staff were very good. The only negative was there was no pool although there was a spa on the roif top but it was in a room with lots of glass which would be ok in winter but it was 36 degrees when we stayed and the room was stifling hor so not an option ."

"The breakfast buffet was great. Azaria was amazing serving us and taking care of us everyday especially playing with my 16 months old daughter. However, one thing I would like to add or perhaps for the hotel to address is have facilities to wash baby bottles. I’ve had to call room service and plead every single time to get the bottles washed up. I’ve never had issues at crown or 4 seasons but sad to say getting this done here was a total disappointment. Other than that everything else was good!...
