From the moment you check-in, you are offered a warm welcome and a local tea selection. Alfredo and Walter, after arriving from an overnight flight, comforted me with breakfast and an early check-in. Throughout my stay, staff members such as Diana, Patricia, Miluvia, and Dani took great care of me as I prepared for my Machu Picchu climb and explored Cuzco as a solo traveler. The concierge staff was also readily available and knowledgeable. All I can say is Wow! Thank you Palacio Del Inka family. I hope to visit again."
