"My hotel booking was changed to the Hilton because of a plumbing issue. I had an issue when I proceeded to check out. I had decided to pay by debit but the hotel ended up charging my mother’s credit card which I stressed on check in that I did not want happening. It was my mother’s birthday gift to stay at the hotel. There was also a strange charge of $56 that was not made clear. There was some confusion until the person understood to undo the credit card charge for me to pay by debit. I’m not sure how this happened in the first place?"

"I went stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton for my birthday, and stayed at the Deluxe Suite. Honestly the room was amazing, the space was great, it was able to accommodate my family that visited for my birthday. The staff was amazing especially Tara at front desk. She was so great, treated us to an appetizer and pop at the restaurant while we were still waiting for our room to be ready when we got in for check in past 5pm, and check in was supposed to be at 4pm. Can’t wait to stay here again!!"
