"Lovely quiet location"

"I've stayed 4 times at this hotel now. So I guess I really like it! It's really convenient to Tenerife South airport (22 euros taxi). That does mean the planes fly overhead, but they never bothered us. The hotel is nice and it's big (it takes a while to work out how to get around!), Its on a slope - so some walking up and down steps/ramps required. Rooms are really large and very quiet. "We enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk. "Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time.
