"I commend the staff for being helpful, on top of things, friendly and accomodating. The property itself is well laid out and easy to navigate, and it was a great walk to the mosque and Medina. I did not like having to step into the shower area to get to the toilet. "

"Walking distance to the beach. However, there is no shower facility on the beach. The outdoor pool is shut in November, so no place to wash my feet by the outdoor pool if there is a shower there or not (not sure). Luckily, I can wash my feet by the surfing school shower facility. No restaurant either on the property, but there is a Mall nearby with food court. Breakfast is good. However, my favourite chicken noodle soup in the morning was absent afterwards. "The Valentines dinner was amazing. The ambiance that was created was above par. The staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. The facilities were nice. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the hotel within a minute. I missed the notification that the Spa was under construction but the front desk did provide advice for alternative spas and discounts for services at the new place. "
