No café, bar, deli, reception, newspapers, safe, luggage storage, tour guidance, daily room cleaning. The one day they cleaned the room, we returned to find the door ajar for hours. Complimentary bottled water means 1 for your duration unless you complain. They claim to have a restaurant but it’s actually a rundown pizza kiosk that you have to exit the hotel to access.
