"We had an excellent 6 nights at Lato. The property is very well maintained. Someone is always cleaning! The breakfast is delicious with MANY items from which to choose! Staff is quick and attentive. We ate a few times in the hotel restaurant. Our meals were excellent. The wine list is short but selective and reasonably priced. The wait staff were highly attentive and professional. Their thoughtfulness added to the positives of our meals."

"The hotel is in a great location, however we were given a room by the lobby. The room was like sleeping in the lobby with a divider. We were woken up by noises of someone preparing breakfast at 06:30. Management's responses were frankly annoying and did not deal with our complaint. "
