"Great location and the food was good. We only purchased the breakfast option since we knew we would be out sightseeing and may not eat lunch and dinner there most days. However, we were not disappointed on the days we had lunch and dinner at the hotel. We celebrated our honeymoon there, and the Renaissance made it special with champagne and chocolates waiting in our room when we arrived. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others."

"Beautiful resort! Staff was helpful and kind. It was an excellent choice for us due to my mother and her friend having mobility issues. The beach was just outside the room so they could enjoy from the patio or a brief walk. Chairs were plentiful. Restaurants were close. Would choose again. Thank you for a lovely visit Avila!"

"I will absolutely rate this resort a 10/10 and I will spin the bend and come back again :) The staff was so incredibly nice, I barely had to leave my hotel because everything was right there for me. I attended the R&B all white party on 3rd and the vibes were everything :) The bartenders at the resort all took care of me and my needs very well. "Hotel staff, rooms and grounds were perfect. Beach is amazing and spacious. My only complaint is that there are limited food options outside the hotel and a car is a must. "

"This property was beautiful. My husband and I truly appreciated the staff and their friendliness. As well as all the amenities and restaurants. The only thing that was a little annoying, was the construction. During our massage, we heard a lot of drilling which made it a little more challenging to completely relax. They were also doing construction on the beach which made things feel a little more crowded than usual. Other than the construction, the hotel was beautiful . "
