We had a problem getting to the street in front of the hotel to unload and Alan,the concierge, walked with my husband to our car to help him navigate the GPS glitch. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping spoke several languages and our every wish was quickly and efficiently handled. The convenience of The Mozart can’t be beat. It is close to all of the attractions and so walkable we never needed our car...
