"A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. "I would happily recommend this accommodation. It is based at (and overlooks) Folkestone harbour which is ideal plus the shopping area is spread around very closely with plenty of places to eat and drink. This is the second time at the hotel and staff go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. "

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a funny smell in our room . We went to reception and was given the choice of two other rooms. The staff were excellent..we had dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning and the service and food was delicious. There wasn’t much opened around the area as it seems most places closed on a Sunday earlier. "
