"We really liked this property. The only drawback is that we reserved a room on a higher floor looking out at the village but they gave us a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool? When I inquired, they told me they were booked solid so they couldn't give us the room we reserved originally. Seemed odd. Regardless, we still had a great time at The Landmark. "Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "

"The property is always warm, clean, and friendly. The price is very high because of the huge $ gouging in the area for ski lodging. Great pool and jacuzzi! Compared to the other hotels I've stayed throughout my Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico travels, I'd say that they are due some upgrades. As a compared to, it's too expensive for the value."
