"Food was really good, staff and service other than first day when checked in was good. Room I checked in first was broken down - ac was making noise, bath plug was stuck and it could not come out, staff didn’t come to check waited for an hour. Then went downstairs and was moved to another room which was much nicer. "

We had a dedicated parking spot for our cabin and someone on the 2nd night decided to park their car there for the last few nights of our stay. "Stayed here several times. Convenient for football. Comfortable hotel. We stayed on the other side of the hotel this time and the bathrooms felt a little tired and the rooms Smaller, but it was one night and good. Breakfast has a good choice, we asked for some food to be replenished and they did. "

"We had a perfectly good stay at the Dog and Partridge, but the accommodation didn’t transpire to be what we expect. We were anticipating a cozy room, in a country pub setting but, in reality, the D&P offers good value, chalet-style family rooms, each with it’s own car port, in a large area behind the pub itself. The pub itself has a nice enough bar, and offers fair evening meals, with a home-cooked feel, and a very good continental breakfast selection, or cooked options for just £6 extra. This...

"What an excellent place i will be returning and staying in these quaint but rustic and beautiful hotel. The rooms were bigger than an average size, the bar and restaurant was wonderful sitting next to a slow burning fire just like the good old days as a child. Food was exceptional the staff were second to none and couldn’t do enouh for you. Breakfasts were plentyful and hot."
