"Friendly staff at the front desk & love that it is near the mall. The only thing I was disappointed with, was that there are no microwaves in the rooms. I couldn't reheat my food that I had leftover my first night. Please consider adding microwaves."

"It was the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed at on floor 27th . Besides the party music from Friday night in the street. My only complain is I could tell the pillow sheets were were dirty from the previews tenant and that is the worse ."

"I stayed in Atlanta for two nights. I had never visited Atlanta before but just passed through. I had acquired some hotels.com gift cards through some surveys that I took and got points for, that I redeemed for these gift cards. And this is the hotel that I chose. I have never been disappointed in Hyatt properties. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was good. The staff was very nice. They let me keep my bag in their storage room before check-in, and let me keep it there...
