The hotel ended up giving us a room at a much cheaper hotel, without giving us any kind of compensation. Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS "

"Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in. The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. The hotel staff had no idea...

"This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. "
